Craft & Connection with Our Immersive Journeys

Luang Prabang, Laos - August 2027

Chiang Mai, Thailand - November 2027

Pekalongan & Solo, Indonesia - March 2028

Join us in a hands-on cultural learning and community engagement experience in Southeast Asia.

Small-group immersive art journeys are designed for adults and parents with children ages 9+ who wish to engage directly with traditional artisans and craftspeople, learning or deepening knowledge of hands-on techniques.

Structured over two weeks, participants participate in 10 craft intensives - five days of the week, engaging with local makers — learning through observation, guided participation, and hands-on immersion. Craft traditions may include textiles, natural dyeing, ceramics, weaving, woodwork, paper making, metal work, or regional handiwork specialties.

This is a facilitated educational experience rooted in respect, curiosity, and cultural exchange.

Outside of daily workshops, group members may participate in other activities included in the experience: yoga classes, breath work, yoga, dancing, dining, temple visits, hikes, markets, singing, recreational boat trips, and meaningful connective activities between group members. Days off are also scheduled in the program to allow for independent tourism or work days.

Participants arrange their own accommodation, meals, and transportation.

A getting-to-know-one-another call or zoom is conducted as a matter of due diligence, to ensure alignment and expectations from participants and group leadership.

Family, parent-child and sibling discounts are available. Please contact us for the complete brochure.
